Project erms: February 15, 2023, till June 15, 2023
Engagement: up to 75% of time
Key responsibilities:
Create materials for regular publications in mass in English and Spanish – 3 Op-eds per month in key mass media of the Latin America countries
Coordinate a work with key mass media of the Latin America countries
Prepare and share media materials (press releases, pitch documents, etc.)
Generate news-making events to drive additional coverage in the media of the Latin America countries
Organize interviews, comments in the media of the Latin America countries
Create and update speaker box, form the speakers' bureau and their promotion (pitching) in the media of the Latin America countries
Prepare speakers for interviews, comments, assistance to speakers during interviews, tracking the output of publications and coverage based on the results of interviews, comments, etc.
Prepare key messages for interviews, comments, articles
Follow-up publications regularly
Create weekly reports on the results of activity in the media

Requirements:
Experience in communications and media relations in English and Ukrainian, experience in Spanish will be an advantage
High level of responsibility and ownership
Flexibility and agility to quickly adapt strategies to changing circumstances
Fluent English, Ukrainian, upper-intermediate level of Spanish
