About the job
As a Creative Director at Be-it Agency, you will be the principal creative lead for designing and bringing to life the most impactful creative work from concept development to production. In this role, you will analyse complex societal and business problems and deliver insightful solutions to our clients. Via superb communications skills, you will integrate new creative thinking into the work of the agency-client teams while nurturing strong relationships and future growth of the company.
Key tasks
Set the bar for the most influential creative process and ensure that all stages of the creative production meet the artistic quality criteria, budget, timing, and performance goals
Provide original, insightful, creative thinking and implement creative program executions that positively impact a client’s business and society
Lead with passion, recruit, guide & coach the team to the best of their ability
Requirements
7+ years’ experience specifically in brand, digital and integrated strategy in a creative business or setting with a relevant graduate education background.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Expert knowledge of all steps necessary for the effective creative development process.
Creative, insightful, live and breathe outstanding design.
Fluent in strategic planning and creative execution.
Lead in the execution of creative campaigns across all platforms.
Have a passion for and understanding of new and emerging technologies.
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
Excellent in communication (written, verbal).
Creative and conceptual thinker and effective optimistic problem solver.
A team player.
