Civil Society Organization ‘Resilient Ukraine’ was formed by the team coming out of One Philosophy Group of Companies, which has always initiated social impact initiatives.
Resilient Ukraine has been implementing communications projects in different countries and is looking for a skilled and experienced full-time SMM and Digital expert for the WeAreUkraine.info Project to improve the organization's output.
WeAreUkraine.info as a global information and engagement platform informs more than 30 million users in 94 countries through our website, social networks, newsletters and campaigns, serving as a digital repository of truth about Ukraine and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The primary responsibility of this expert will be the development and implementation of a comprehensive commun ication strategy for both Instagram and LinkedIn. In addition, the expert will be tasked with creating and implementing effective systems to improve SMM practices. The main objective of this position is to strengthen the social media presence of WeAreUkraine.info. The SMM and Digital expert will have the task of enhancing WAU's ability to communicate via SMM by integrating the best SMM practices, improving engagement with target audiences, disseminating pertinent information, and promoting Ukraine through WAU's SMM strategy and content.
Key responsibilities
Creating a long-term social media strategy for WAU, as well as devising a comprehensive content plan for both LinkedIn and Instagram
Writing and/or reproducing publications relevant to different audiences (depending on the communication channel)
Working with the WAU team to develop material for all types of releases in the content plan
Coordinating with the WAU team to plan and implement advertising for publications
Managing the visual development of the publication for special formats of social media (e.g. stories)
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, experience in media will be an advantage
Excited about writing and is able to write creatively in English
High level of responsibility, ownership, and initiative
Flexibility and agility to quickly adapt strategies to changing circumstances
English C1 and fluent Ukrainian
Excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment
Perfectionist and attentive to details
