About the job
As a Senior Project Manager you will be in charge of planning and organizing a conference event with top-level speakers from Ukraine and abroad, to be held in April. From negotiating with international best-selling authors to thinking of creative ways to engage and immerse the audience into the topic of the event, you will lead the team to create and deliver the best business event of 2022.
Key tasks
· Project management – organization of a conference with top-level speakers from Ukraine and abroad
· Coordination of event speakers – terms negotiations, speakers’ briefing, presentation content preparation.
· Coordination of event organization team – communication, logistics, production, tech support, etc
· Support of content preparation on the conference topic, including comments, press releases, opinions editorial, and full-scale journalist materials.
· Search of best engagement solutions for online and offline formats, generation of ideas, and development of proposals according to expectations of event partners
· Documentation flow management
Requirements
· Experience in event management, including communication support, event advertising, influencers marketing, media relations
· Out-of-the-box thinking, ability to generate creative solutions
· Structured and well-organized, able to manage a project team
· Readiness to work in a team, cooperation, and partnership
· Advanced English, fluent Ukrainian
· Higher education
