    What if a full Resilient Radar™ Diagnostic is too much for my client?

    If  the full   Resilience Radar   feels too heavyweight for a client’s current needs or capacity, it’s still entirely possible to use an   agile consultative process   to explore systemic elements. By combining targeted interviews, lightweight pulse surveys, and rapid synthesis workshops, consultants can uncover patterns across the six resilience competencies without the formality or scale of a full diagnostic. This   “Radar Lite”   approach keeps the process nimble and low-impact while still revealing the interdependencies that shape organisational resilience—providing enough clarity to guide immediate priorities and lay the groundwork for deeper exploration when the time is right.
